District 4 serves Long Beach (south of Carson Street), Belmont Shore and Naples, Avalon on Catalina Island, and Los Alamitos and Rossmoor just across the Orange County line. The district’s website, longbeachaa.org, posts the agenda, slides, minutes and financial activity for every meeting and lists its Panel 76 committees, including an LGBTQ+ committee and a GSR School. People looking for a meeting are pointed to the Harbor Area Central Office and neighbouring intergroups. Spanish-speaking groups are served by District 21.
