About this district

District 5 covers central Orange County: Santa Ana, Orange, Tustin and North Tustin, Villa Park and the foothill communities of Cowan Heights, Lemon Heights and Orange Park Acres, extending east to the Riverside County line. The district is organised in subdistricts, publishes a quarterly newsletter, and keeps its guidelines (Rev. J, 2023), minutes, treasurer reports and a detailed history on its website. Spanish-speaking meetings are served by District 20 (Santa Ana and parts of Tustin) and District 24 (Orange and parts of Tustin).
