About this district
District 19 covers the High Desert of San Bernardino County: Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, Adelanto and Phelan, and the outlying communities of Barstow, Yermo, Newberry Springs, Lucerne Valley, Trona and Wrightwood. In June, instead of its monthly meeting, the district takes part in the Sunshine of the Spirit High Desert Convention, where the Delegate gives the Conference shareback. Spanish-speaking groups are served by District 25.

Formed from District 8 in 1980.
